On 16 July 2025, the MInTFM C2025 Physical Scheme Induction was held simultaneously across all regions — Central, Northern, Southern, Sabah, Sarawak, and East Coast.
Each regional session was organised and facilitated by its respective scheme-directing team, ensuring that the induction was tailored to local contexts while maintaining the programme’s overall objectives.
The day included comprehensive briefings on Day Releases, Hospital Rotations, and Canvas Assignments, giving new trainees a clear understanding of the academic and clinical components of their training. Participants also had the opportunity to engage in Q&A sessions with existing trainees, gaining valuable first-hand insights into the programme experience.
To foster connections and ease the transition into the training environment, group tasks and icebreaker activities were also conducted, creating an atmosphere of collaboration and camaraderie from day one.
