Prof Martin White delivered an inspiring and insightful talk on “Neonatal Nutrition: Insights into Premature Infant Growth from Breast Milk Analysis.” The session was attended by 26 participants in person and 36 online, with most alumni, seasonal, and fractional staff joining virtually. The talk was particularly eye-opening, offering valuable insights into how breast milk composition influences infant growth and development, and how understanding these changes can help inform approaches to optimise and improve breast milk quality.
