REGISTRAR
- Possess a minimum of Masters qualification in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in management at a higher education institution.
- A proven track record in the development and implementation of administrative policies.
- Experience in working with MOHE, MQA and other relevant professional accreditation bodies.
- A demonstrated ability in developing and delivering strategy, motivating staff and stakeholders, managing change, building effective partnerships with external institutions and managing with the highest level of integrity, vision, clarity and purpose.
- Committed to achieving excellence in all aspects and establishing strong and appropriate relationships with the board, staff, students and external customers.
HR EXECUTIVE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HR, preferably in education, healthcare, or multinational
environments. - Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act, and statutory requirements.
- Advantageous to have exposure to MOHE requirements, Expatriate Services, MMC, MQA, and immigration processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a positive and proactive approach to tasks.
- Knowledge and experience in ISO standards and HR-related compliance will be an added advantage.

CLINICAL SKILL COORDINATOR / NURSE EDUCATOR
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing / Medical Assistant registered by Ministry of Health Malaysia / Diploma in Paramedic Science.
- Valid APC / Valid nursing or medical assistant’s medical license.
- Possess good working knowledge of English / Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to coordinate and facilitate the teams and work groups as well as able to liaise with relevant authority and different level of staff.
- At least 2 – 3 years related experiences in clinical and clinical practice function.
- Experience as a clinical educator / instructor will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with Post Basic certificate in specialised area will be an added advantage.
