The MInTFM C2025 National Online Induction took place virtually on 9 July 2025, welcoming all new intakes trainees alongside the Scheme Directing Team. The event was led by Dr Paula Greally, the National Clinical Director; Datin Dr Nazrila Hairizan Nasir, the Deputy National Clinical Director; Ms Letchmi Praba, the Senior Scheme Coordinator; Dr Naning binti Sachiman, the Senior Assistant Director in charge of Family Medicine (BPKK); Barbara Coen from iHeed and Professor Andree Rochfort from ICGP.

In addition to the leadership presentations, the programme featured inspiring sharing sessions from current Family Medicine Specialist (FMS) trainees and MInTFM Alumni. These sessions provided valuable first-hand insights into the training experience, challenges and rewards, helping to set expectations and inspire the incoming cohort.

The induction served as both an informative briefing and a warm welcome, establishing a strong foundation for the new trainees as they embark on their journey in the MInTFM programme.
