On 1st July 2025, an online meeting was held with Hospital Heads of Department to share updates and clarify key aspects of the MInTFM programme structure. The session was led by Dr Paula Greally, the National Clinical Director, Datin Dr Nazrila Hairizan Nasir, the Deputy National Clinical Director, and Dr Noridawaty, the Senior Principal Assistant Director in charge of Family Medicine (BPKK).
During the meeting, the leadership team provided a concise yet comprehensive overview of MInTFM’s current structure, focusing on important topics such as payment arrangements, hospital duties, and the integration of trainees within hospital settings.
The discussion aimed to ensure the HODs are aligned with the progamme’s processes and expectations ultimately supporting a smoother training experience for both trainees and their supervisors.
