The Northern C2023 Communication Skills Workshop was held on 3 September at RUMC, Penang. This physical workshop was attended by all 2023 Northern trainees and organised by the Northern Scheme Directing Team. The session included group discussions, role plays, and interactive activities designed to enhance participants’ communication skills. The workshop provided a valuable opportunity for trainees to share experiences, practice effective communication techniques, and strengthen in a supportive learning environment.
