On 19th June 2025, MInTFM successfully conducted a Trainers’ Training of Trainers (TOT) Workshop for the Northern (KK) trainers. Held virtually, the session brought together members of the Northern Scheme Directing Team and trainers from across the region. The workshop focused on the topic “Trainees with Difficulties”, beginning with a brief introduction followed by small group discussions and participant presentations. The session provided a safe space for trainers to share experiences, explore practical strategies, and enhance their understanding of how to support trainees facing challenges in their training journey.
It was an insightful and engaging session for all involved, reinforcing the importance of early identification, constructive feedback, and collaborative solutions in helping every trainee succeed. MInTFM extends its thanks to all participants for their active engagement and contributions to this meaningful discussion. We look forward to more capacity-building sessions in the future as we continue to strengthen the support system for both trainers and trainees.
